This is a new fantastic opportunity to work for a successful new and upcoming company that specialises in providing bespoke mobile applications to businesses of all sizes across the U.K.

Due to remarkable success of their business throughout the midlands they are looking to continue to grow their customer base throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be working in a friendly and fun, laid back environment with the opportunity to progress into a senior member of the business in a short period of time.

The Role:

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients with the objective to build strong rapport and effective relationships. The aim will be to focus on the potential customers needs by asking open, motivational questions to build customer profiles.

You will be booking and attending appointments along with senior technical staff. You will have your own private office but will partake in regular meetings with other members of staff and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling/prospecting the company's products and services with potential new clients directly over the phone, via social media and email.

This is a permanent full-time position working for a within a fun, vibrant and talented team.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and hungry to sell and therefore earn a competitive package. They will have previous business development or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

They are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience in telesales or appointment setting (B2B and B2C would be considered)
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Ambition and drive
- Proven reliability
- Customer focussed approach
- A desire to be rewarded with a good basic and uncapped commission
- Ability to build rapport and set appointments over the phone
- Self-Starter but also enjoy working as part of a wider team
- Technically savvy applicants will have a significant advantage


Competitive salary with an uncapped commission scheme - £22,000+ with excellent prospects
