As a design guru and retail legend, he understands the needs and aspirations of his customers and this has enabled him to create the company. Their team are all like-minded passionate individuals who are empowered to move the brand forward.

You would be working with their boyswear team managing the day to day running of the department ensuring maximum efficiency. You will work with the Designers to clearly identify and understand the brands core customer, market position and key competitors. You will also:

- Assist in research, continually keeping up to date with latest trends, catwalks, celebrities, product launches and fashion news.
- Carry out competitive shops to ensure industry knowledge keeps us at the cutting edge of design.
- Collate photographs from design trips, magazines and internet and prepare in presentation format
- Work alongside the design team to produce directional mood boards for each collection.
- Manage design critical path ensuring tech packs are distributed for key deadlines.
- Working closely with the international hubs managing sample progress.
- Manage retail price hierarchy and ensuring cost prices are workable.
- Responsible for garment fitting and testing requirements.
- Managing the aesthetics and approvals for all garments.
- Contribute to range planning and collection building.
- Presentation of the collections at various meetings including garment selection.

They are looking for someone who has a passion for fashion. You must welcome challenge and enjoy a fast paced, exciting, environment. The successful candidate for this role will:
- Have a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Buying or a closely related field.
- Experience in fashion buying or product development role is essential.
- Experience working with international suppliers.
- Have an excellent understanding of the design process.
- Have a good knowledge and working experience of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Enjoy working to deadlines.
- Enjoy the challenge of working on a variety of garments.
- Be a great team player, able to integrate and contribute to this close team.
- Willing to travel overseas.
