HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

An HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager is needed to join a unique and exciting tech company who specialise in intelligence technology and data analytics. Working out of trendy and modern offices in Fitzrovia, this brand-new position is a perfect opportunity for an HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager looking to take full control of the implementation and management of all Recruitment & HR tasks.

With the freedom to make the role their own the recruitment- savvy HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for setting up and organising all recruitment and HR related activities. In more detail, you can expect to:

  • Define, develop and execute a human capital / human resource plan to support and help achieve company's growth and business goals;
  • Drive recruitment campaigns from start to finish through both traditional and new digital/social media channels;
  • Liaise and work with recruitment agencies and university career departments;
  • Define interviewing processes and metrics for successful talent assessment and acquisitions;
  • Take the lead on employee relations, including on-boarding of new employees, performance management, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.

To qualify... You should be an effective, organised and friendly HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Executive / Talent & HR Executive / Senior Recruiter / Internal Recruiter / Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Advisor / Talent Acquisition Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar talent acquisition and development role for a B2B organisation;
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies;
  • You are comfortable working with LinkedIn and other digital tools for talent scouting and recruitment campaigns;
  • Exceptional communication, influencing and presentation skills;
  • You are business oriented with strong project management skills;
  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
  • An interest in new technology and a desire to understand new ideas and concepts relating to them.
