Product Manager - Professional Qualifications

A Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager is needed to join one of the most influential associations of professional accountants on a 12 month fixed term contract (there is the possibility of this role becoming permanent). Based from their London office the Product Manager will play a vital role creating and developing global product strategies for professional qualifications.

With over 650,000 members / students in 179 countries, this leading association provides the tools, resources and intelligence to improve the reputation, employability and quality of accounting professionals worldwide. They are now seeking a talented Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager to expand their portfolio of professional qualification and certification products within finance and management accounting.

Joining as the Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for bringing new learning products to consumers in an engaging, functional and innovative way. Whether you are developing product strategies; introducing new products to global markets; leading research and analysis of market trends and consumer needs; identifying the best product features for the market; managing projects; driving product requirements, product planning and product design or monitoring the effectiveness of the product, it will be your excellent analytical skills that ensures you are able to provide insight that drives engagement, adds value and attracts new consumers.

To qualify. You should be a Product Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Owner / Education Product Manager / Online Learning Product Manager / Course Owner / Project Manager or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a Product Management role (consumer-facing products is preferred but not essential);
  • Market research and analytics experience;
  • The ability to organise and transform data into business recommendations;
  • A track record of taking full ownership of products from conceptual ideas to actual launch;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong creative, project management, strategy and analytical skills.

Experience designing online products with simple and intuitive user interfaces would be advantageous as would experience developing professional online learning and competence assessment products, including awareness of trends, technologies and platforms.
