This company continues to grow rapidly and are looking for an energetic, versatile and hands-on Claims Handler to join their team on a full-time basis. They are one of the UK's leading flight delay claims specialists helping clients who have been delayed by more than 3 hours on a flight from or to the EU.

Responsibilities include evaluating flight delay compensation claims customers have submitted to them, submitting claims to airlines and keeping customers up to date with progress.

You'll need to be confident, with an excellent telephone manner and a great ability to explain things clearly to customers. Sociable hours and lots of social activities too! Pleasant office located just off the Newmarket High Street, within 100 yards of the local pub!!

The role involves:
- Assessing claims to see whether they are valid
- Contacting customers asking for further details regarding their claim
- Keeping customers up to date with their claim progress via email & phone calls.

You will need:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Friendly, outgoing and confident personality
- Hungry for success
- Good attention to detail
- Conscientious and reliable
- Excellent IT skills, to be able to update
