A PHP Developer / PHP Web Developer / Software Developer (PHP) is needed to join a market leader within the consumer loans market. Based in a unique office location just north of Sevenoaks you will form part of a highly talented technology team building software that is revolutionising the consumer loan market.

Founded in 2004 this established and well-regarded financial services company employs over 80 people from their operations centre near Westerham, Kent. Placing software development at the heart of the business they have an incredibly exciting year lined up with huge projects planned on the horizon. Due to this growth they now require a PHP Developer to join their dedicated and passionate team.

Joining as the PHP Developer / PHP Web Developer / Software Developer (PHP) you will utilise your PHP, MySQL and JavaScript skills in the production, modification and maintenance of back-end applications. Whether you are participating in code reviews; integrating user-facing elements; building reusable code libraries; solving complex scalability problems or scoping development for new greenfield business projects, it will be your essential Programming skills that ensure this leader retains a prominent market position.

To qualify. You should be a PHP Developer / PHP Web Developer / Software Developer (PHP) or similar who can show:

  • Experience with PHP / MySQL for developing commercial websites;
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript (jQuery);
  • Great social and communication skills;
  • Logical thinking and problem solving abilities and the ability to multi-task.
