Exciting opportunity to join a local Shared Service Centre based in South Woodham Ferrers Essex, operating for a Global Japanese trading company. This position is in their Corporate Support department who provide support and back office administration assistance for several offices in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

This is a fast paced, high volume process environment, working to strict key performance indicators which include a very high level of accuracy.

This will include processes such as downloading data for VAT returns, preparing workflow requests and following standard operating procedure guides and adherence to KPI requirements. Inputting of data for multiple departments.

Excellent written and telephone communication skills are required as well as an exceptional eye for detail, organisational skills with a strong aptitude in numerical skills. The ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.

Education requirement is a minimum of GCSE A -C in Maths and English or equivalent
Advanced (preferable) or intermediate skills in MS office package.

Hours of work are non-peak Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm - Peak (last working day and first four working days of the month) Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Working Bank Holidays included.

Salary is dependent on experience.
