VERY SUCCESSFUL MAJOR GLOBAL RETAILER SEEKING EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING ASSISTANT/ ANALYST TO JOIN THRIVING HEAD OFFICE TEAM.

Our Client is one of the most successful luxury retailers in the current market and who are enjoying a period of success and growth. Because of this success they are now looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant/Analyst to join their growing Head Office team based in West London.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Experience of working for a fast-paced premium retailer
* Experience of working within a marketing department or involvement with marketing activity would be preferred
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent proficiency in using MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel and working knowledge of Mac
* Interactive team player
* Self motivated with good initiative
* Ability to interact with all types of people at all levels and excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Educated to A Level/BTEC standard or equivalent.

Main Functions

*Co-ordination and streamlining of all supporting documentation for the effective planning, implementation and measuring of experiential brand campaigns in store

To work with key stakeholders on production of all component parts that make up a campaign including: legal, technical, retail, supply chain, marketing, agencies etc.

To co-ordinate smooth campaign changeovers with timely reporting, optimisation and problem solving

To run an efficient administration system with effective supporting processes ensuring effective department cash flow and income and expenditure targets are met; design & development approvals are obtained on time

To co-ordinate the production of all UK CTT Live Events in support of the Exp. Manager, ensuring all key stake holders are engaged and satisfied

To work with the wider marketing team to ensure the timely promotion of all brand campaigns and events via digital, social and PR channels in support of the Exp. Manager. Provide regular content for internal communications and coordinate the asset management system inc. photography and footage
