Position: Audio Visual Sales Executive

Salary/Package: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car + Bonus + Commission

Location: London

Alecto Recruitment are currently recruiting for a recognised London firm that deliver the leading edge in Audio Visual technology to the city's elite residential properties.

The Position:

The role on offer is a Full Time permanent position working as a Sales Executive, both from the office and at the client's property acting as a liaison between the end user and the design team, ensuring that the perfect systems are delivered and the specification is matched to every detail.

* Generate new sales leads through a mixture of: warm and cold calling, following up marketing campaigns, following up inbound inquiries and working with existing clients to both grow their accounts and find referrals.
* Run CPD presentations for architects and designers.
* Ensure that our clients receive unrivalled customer service experience.
* Prepare quotations, tender bids and all accompanying sales documentation.
* Follow up regularly with our existing clients and partners to ensure their complete satisfaction and to provide you with an opportunity to sell new products and services.
* Contribute to the development of unique and innovative sales tools.
* Update and improve our database of existing and potential clients and leads.
* Constantly educate yourself to be a very proficient specialist in the area of Home Automation products and solutions.
* Be adaptable and flexible enough to utilise multiple sales approaches to close a deal.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be/have:

* At least 2 years sales experience with demonstrative sales targets achieved.
* A track record of selling upmarket solutions over the phone and face to face.
* Ability to demonstrate skills and experience in any of the following areas is required: Lighting, Audio-Visual, Home Security, IT & Telecoms, Building Control/Management Systems.
* Hunger for personal and company success combined with excellent communication skills.
* You should be a fluent communicator, comfortable liaising with a range of people from trade suppliers to design professionals to our own teams of engineers.
