Position: Nursing Home - Health Care Assistant

Location: Broadstairs, Kent

Salary: Rate is between £8.50 - £10

Job Type: On going shift work

Job Role:

We are currently looking for Passionate, Experienced Healthcare Assistant to work with Elderly, and mainly learning disabilities in the Broadstairs, Kent area.
Your role would be to motivate and encourage Service Users to be independent whilst supporting them with social, emotional and physical tasks and activities including personal care.

As a Healthcare assistant, you will be working as a team with the other staff to provide a high quality of person centered care to each service user. Communicating effectively with service users, families and members of staff to find their likes and preferences.

You will:
* Hold a valid DBS (Conducted in the last 12 months)
* MUST have at least 9- 12 months UK experience in the care sector
* Have a good level of English (written & verbal) skills
* MUST be happy to provide personal care
* Must have Level 2 NVQ or above in health and social care
* FULLY FLEXIBLE I.E (EARLIES, LONG DAYS, WEEKENDS, LATES AND NIGHTS, SLEEP INS)

If you have a DBS that is registered with the online update service, we can offer you work more quickly. You must be able to provide 5 years references and either have all mandatory training in date, or be prepared to complete this prior to starting your assignment. FRCE Recruitment Group will support you with your training needs if required
