The role:

Main Duties:
- Planning sales strategies
- Liaising with clients and candidates on a daily basis
- Business planning and Forecasting with Management Team
- Relationship building and management
- Developing a marketing strategy for clients and candidates and
- Generate new business and client visits
- Develop the database for all client contacts
- Being an integral part of the team!
- Using social media to advertise and promote Local Care Force
- Undertake regular training
- Monitoring Shift co-ordinators and ensuring KPI's are met on a
- Supporting and developing co-ordinators and ensuring on-going
training/recognition is given at all times

Essential requirements
• At least one years experience in a fast paced environment.
• Relationship building.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Solid IT skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A working knowledge of the social care industry.
