NIGHT SENIOR CARE & SUPPORT ASSISTANT

TOLLEMACHE ROAD, LIVERPOOL

£8.58 PER HOUR (RISING TO £9.03 AFTER 12 MONTHS, SUBJECT TO SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE)

30 HOURS PER WEEK

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Senior Care & Support Assistant to work at Tollemache Road.  As a key provider of quality care for people with learning disabilities and / or physical disabilities, our philosophy is simple; to give our residents a high standard of living within modern surroundings.   

The role of Senior Care & Support Assistant will include

* Providing a quality specialised person-centered care and support service to clients with complex needs
* Providing personal care and support clients in maximising their independence and personal potential
* Promoting safe practices and undertake risk assessments and manage the implement safeguarding principles to ensure the safety of our clients
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
Skills and experiences

* Person-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form positive relationships with people from varied backgrounds
* Recent experience of working in a similar role with vulnerable people
* Enthusiastic and flexible with a strong "can-do" attitude
* Strong organisational skills as well as functional literacy and numeracy
NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards
