Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a quality driven care provider who are looking for an Operations Manager to manage and develop their domiciliary care office team in Norwich.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Registered Manager to join a well-established homecare provider who are looking to take their business to the next level.

This is a significant and challenging role for the right person who possesses the ability and aspiration to rise to an Executive level within a growing company.

As the Registered Manager / Operations Manager you will be in a key role working together with the General Manager to deliver operational excellence, first class service delivery and customer care while providing exemplary leadership to our highly motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Registered Care and Operations Manager
• Work directly with the General Manager to manage, inspire and develop the office team to maximise efficiency
• Increase the hours delivered by the branch
• Improve the CQC rating.
• Accountable for compliance and implementation of CQC Policies and Procedures
• Accountable for the operational standards and performance of the service provision, our staff and our teams in the field
• Responsible for staff recruitment, retention and line management
• Actively help promote the business.
• Develop new and existing clients, professional and networking opportunities.
• Identify and build positive relationships with key stakeholders and other professional bodies
• Contribute effectively to growth plans, targets, performance reporting and help develop innovative service provision

Essential Criteria

• NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care and working toward Level 5
• Must have considerable operational experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care
• Energy and personal motivation to support business growth and development
• Line Management/HR/Coaching experience
• Flexible, co-operative yet assertive Leadership style
• Must hold a current UK driving licence and have access to own transport
• Enhanced DBS check

Desirable Criteria

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• Nursing Qualification
• Experience of successful CQC Inspections
• Experience in delivery of Domiciliary Care Training & Development
