A leading national healthcare provider based in Keynsham, Bristol is recruiting for a Support Worker to work within a Residential Care Home assisting residents who have a range of Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers and Downs Syndrome. Working a variety of shifts including earlies, lates and sleep ins paying an hourly rate of £7.71 per hour. Working for a leading national healthcare provider offering fantastic levels of progression including access to National Diploma level 5 and an in-house Management Programme.

As part of your role as a Support Worker you will be required to:

* Assisting with personal care including bathing and showering
* Assisting with accessing the community and maintaining an active life
* Assisting residents with food preparation and maintaining a healthy diet
* Assisting with managing anxieties7
* Administering medication
* Leading a team during shift and ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard
* Completion of sleep in duties
* Liaising with external health care professionals
* Being an ambassador for the organisation
