This is an exciting and different challenge for someone who is looking to work within the travel industry. A rare opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Agent with travel experience working on for international sales and marketing agency that specialise in Travel fulfilment campaigns with a salary of £17,000 per annum for an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

Providing administration support to the travel department
Ensure that data protection procedures are carried out on every single call
Answer all incoming customer service calls into the business, providing a high level of customer care
Ensure that all Customer Service calls are answered within the given SLA times
Ensure that customer records are kept up to date and accurate
Assist with passenger queries pre and post travel.
Assist and process Card Orders
Process and chase balance payments
Send out travel documents i.e invoices and travel tickets
Action minor holiday amendments (anything which doesn`t involve speaking to a supplier)

Skills and Experience
Travel industry experience is essential
Proficient in Windows based applications including Microsoft Office
Good time management and multitasking skills
The ability to work under pressure in a diverse market

The Benefits
Starting salary of between £15000 - £17000
Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm
28 days holiday including bank holiday
