BD Assistant & Receptionist- Stunning offices- based in Central London**
Hours of work are 35 hours per week worked from 8am to 4pm
Salary: £21-22,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading law firm based in Central London. My Client is looking for a confident and engaging BD Assistant & Receptionist to work within their team. Within this role you will provide support to the Business Development team and cover the Reception desk in the early morning when required and during BD events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for events including preparing badges, tent cards, delegate packs (pre, during and post event), maintaining guest lists
• Assist the Marketing Executive with maintaining contact details on InterAction including following up on bounce backs and assisting with data cleansing
• Maintaining the library of photographs of all staff, for internal and external purposes
• Assist with preparing PowerPoint presentations for BD events
• Maintaining supplies and researching new opportunities as required
• Producing the weekly BD diary
• Acknowledge and greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Deal with all requests from clients, visitors and staff in a professional and helpful manner
• Liaise with catering to ensure appropriate refreshments are served
• Ensure audio visual and IT requirements for meeting rooms are understood and provided for
• Provide support services for clients whilst they are visiting
• Manage room bookings, ensuring they are responded to in a timely and accurate manner

Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience within BD/marketing is preferred
• Educated to A level minimum
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• High standard of customer service
• Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritise
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Knowledge of InterAction is desirable but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Design/graphic skills are desirable but not essential
• Ability to work well in a small team with a flexible approach to work
• Adaptable to working with different people/teams
