Marketing & Commercial MI Officer
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience

Lloyd Recruitment Services are thrilled to be recruiting for one of its most loyal clients in the Redhill area. A Company that is extremely well established and has enjoyed many years of success.

The role is to work as an MI Officer within the Marketing and Commercial Department, where you will contribute to the achievement of the Company’s commercial and financial objectives by providing effective Management Information to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background of working under pressure in order to achieve targets and meet deadlines. You will have excellent all round communication skills with strong planning and time management experience. As well as having exceptional analytical abilities you will also be good at providing mathematical solutions. This role may also include some travel as and when required.

The Opportunity
• Responsible for the production of daily, weekly, monthly quarterly and ad-hoc commercial reporting.
• Support the Pricing & MI Officer in continually reviewing and re-engineering the reporting suite and outsource when applicable.
• Provide detailed analysis of reports produced and highlight variations to recipients in order to improve business volumes and create efficiencies.
• Prepare reports to monitor campaigns and incentive schemes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
• Monitor competitor activity and carry out benchmarking on products and assist with market research when necessary.
• Identify and implement quality processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide support to the Referentials team where necessary.
• Deputise for the Pricing and MI Officer when needed.

Essential Requirements
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• High proficiency in Excel, Access and Business Objectives.
• Finance products knowledge and an understanding of Marketing principles.
• Strong data analysis skills and an expert at problem solving.
• Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage.
• French speaking also an advantage but not essential.
