Role: Cloud Community Manager EMEA
Location: London
Duration: 12 months

We need help to manage our European community of Cloud Platform passionate users: a large cauldron of technology lovers, sometimes even nerds, developers, casual code genius, public speaking champions, startuppers, influencers and students. Although the context is primary focused on IT world, a tech experience is welcome, but not required.

To understand if you're the perfect match for this position, you should:
- know how to gain community members' trust
- have ideas on how to to increase community engagement and interaction, and be capable of executing them
- identify community needs, key trends, insights and develop strategies to best satisfy them
- identify talented members of the community and help develop their skills
- not be afraid to create contents for socials, times to times
- Event planning (organise a community event)
- be able to identify country-relevant tech events and craft our participation to them
- be able to measure, analyze, measure some more and report your impact (but be aware: we hate vanity metrics)
- be fluent in English
- 2 years of community management experience required
- Be knowledgeable about Cloud Platform technologies
