FPR are proudly recruiting for a permanent Assistant Manager to work in the Chichester office of one our Nationwide clients. You will be motivating and assisting a team of cleaning operatives and Front of House staff to deliver a first-class service to all of their exclusive clients.

Your self-driven and multi skilled personality will assist you in building strong relationships with your staff and clients, creating weekly rotas, holding team meetings, recruiting and developing new team members and making sure you and your team adhere to the Health and Safety policy and procedures. Lastly you will work towards and promote the clients core values to all the team and their customers.

The working hours for this role is Monday - Friday 7.00am until 15.00.

I am looking for potential candidates who have the following:

* Experience in running a team is essential. Preferable within a hospitality or housekeeping environment
* Computer literate including Word, Outlook and strong Data Entry
* The ability to work towards and achieve KPI's
* We are looking for someone who is client focused and excels in confidence when building client relationships
* Excellent communication skills
* You will be at ease to working in a fast-paced environment, whilst multi-tasking
