My client is a lovely charity based near Ascot, seeking a talented marketing coordinator to join their fantastic team.

At the heart of their growing ambitious Marketing & Communications and Business Development unit, this role is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all partnership awareness activity for the charity. This brings together the efforts of colleagues from Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and Support Services, to raise awareness of the charity, by developing and delivering creative, impactful and effective partnership awareness programmes.

This role will involve the following key responsibilities:

Provide business partners and their employees with a solid understanding of the charity's work, and a positive feeling about their engagement with them
Collaborate with teams across the charity to ensure overall objectives are met in relation to awareness level, number of people engaged and support
Co-ordinate integrated communications and PR plans with partners for the charities to promote through case studies and proactive social media
Evaluate feedback and data to measure and report on the success and key learnings of the partnership programmes to maximise their impact
Ensure partnership awareness activities are managed and delivered
accurately and professionally against a time-bound plan
Maintain clear communications channels with internal teams, ensuring that data and feedback is shared and acted upon in a timely manner
Ensure partners’ contact information and activity records are accurately maintained on the CRM system
Produce evaluation reports for each business partner quarterly/half-yearly showing the level of engagement, activities undertaken, feedback and outcomes
Deliver a professional, efficient and effective service to internal and external partners so that the Marketing Co-ordinator - Partnership Development role is seen as integral to the overall charity's partnership process

The perfect candidate will have the following skills, qualities and experience:

Excellent communication skills and experience of developing and managing relationships at all levels, internally and externally in a B2B environment
Relevant experience in co-ordinating multiple projects in a sales and marketing environment
Experience of designing and implementing administrative processes to ensure efficient and effective project and data management.
Experience of managing multiple projects and stakeholders according to a pre-defined process
Comprehensive working knowledge of MS Excel including advanced features
Knowledge of CRM and data management principles to ensure excellent record keeping
Experience in the Adobe creative design suite is highly desirable
Experience in using collaborative tools eg Google Drive/G-Suite
Ability to write clear, concise reports detailing project activity and outcomes
Effective organisational skills to achieve deadlines and prioritise competing workload demands
Excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to prioritise projects and workload using own judgement
Effective written communication skills to prepare complex documents, reports and procedures as required
General marketing skills obtained through experience in all aspects of the marketing mix
Demonstrate negotiating skills in order to achieve effective solutions.
Proven track record in working whilst under pressure, maintaining control and confidence.
Ability to utilise resources to meet operational objectives.
Ability to audit existing day to day practice and identify scope for improvement and influence necessary changes.
Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and be self-motivated
