Are you an experience Sales Executive looking for a new role? Do you have knowledge of low cost home ownership? If so, then we may have the role for you!
Braxfield Recruitment are currently looking to speak to experienced Sales Executives based in South London.
The role will involve providing support to the Head of Low Cost Home Ownership Sales and Sales Managers on all sales relative activities, for a large g15 housing association.

With you previous experience in property sales you will have the experience required to deliver a day to day sales programme from pre-sales to reservation.
You will use your exceptional customer service skills when liaising with disposal solicitors, development, service charges and housing management on all scheme set-up and sales related matters to drive sales. These skills will also come in handy when liaising with customers to ensure sales reservations are secured at the earliest opportunity.
As a Low Cost Home Ownership Sales Executive you will support the Sales Managers in the appraisal of new shared ownership and other low cost home ownership opportunities, including visiting prospective sites, conducting market research and reporting finding.

This role will also require you to have excellent organisational and management skills in order to ensure all sales related deadline are met and all sales activity are delivered in line with regulatory criteria to audit standard.

Any finally you will be required to work collaboratively with the marketing team in relation to specific scheme marketing and advertising.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Car ownership/driving licence required.
• Experience of the sales and marketing process.
• A good knowledge of low cost home ownership.
• Experience of working with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, developers and agents.
• Experience of working with both internal and external parties in relation to sales set-up.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences.
• Experience of meeting short and longer term sales related deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and has personal integrity and credibility and a proven ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues.
• Candidate will need to be flexible (Travelling to sites).
• Have good administrative experience.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Experience of working within a housing association.
• Candidates would be expected to cover, based on the existing pipeline and number of people within the team this could be in the region of around 80 properties.
• Another large part of the work will involve taking sales calls and answering sales emails on behalf of the team. Logging leads and identifying where they came from to help inform the team for future marketing.
