Net Temps is currently seeking Site Managers for a series of temporary roles in Nottingham/Derby, to manage housing sites for one of the UK's largest, most prominent, high-quality housebuilders.

The client represents one of the largest construction businesses in the UK with a long-standing history of increased turnover year on year. Working here ensures a supportive, friendly atmosphere with a challenging large scale housing scheme to manage.

The developer is looking for someone practiced in large scale house building, with a proven ability to deliver results on time and to a high spec finish.
Preferred candidates will already be well established within the industry and have dealt with the management of numerous sub-contractors along with an excellent history in health and safety.

Site Managers with NHBC awards or a substantial record with prominent UK Housebuilders are ideal candidates!

Job Requirements:

* All Managers will require CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
* Must be knowledgeable surrounding Health and Safety on site
* NHBC or a history of longevity with a contractor is desirable.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills.
* A proven history with building houses

Pay Rate:
Rate of pay is between £20-23 per hour, dependant on experience.
