Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire - £35,000-£45,000

Responsibilities of the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor includes:

* Precontract experience
* Tender involvement
* Assisting with CVR's
* Assisting to manage/agree valuations/variations
* Assisting with subcontractor accounts
* Assisting to procure subcontractors
* Assisting with cash flow forecasts
* Assisting with final accounts

Requirements of the Assistant Quantity Surveyor includes:

* Ideally, have a degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant background
* Show longevity to previous employers
