We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the friendly and sociable finance team of a global distribution company within the entertainment industry. With an excellent reputation, this company is looking for someone with significant experience with bank reconciliations and accounts payable so they can get stuck straight in.
Working with a variety of teams across the business including sales, marketing and operations, as Finance Administrator, you’ll be doing the below:
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing internal recharges and reconciling accounts
- Posting monthly allocations
- Running month-end P&L and overhead reports
- Producing regular reports and balance sheets
- Invoice coding and processing
- Processing employee expenses
- Weekly payment runs
- Ensuring company compliance in policies and procedures
- Further accounts payable duties
To be considered for this fantastic Finance Administrator position, you must have previous experience working within a finance department with significant experience in bank reconciliations and accounts payable. Additionally you will have excellent working knowledge of finance systems and Excel to include Vlookups and pivot tables. Note that you will be tested on all of this at interview stage.
