Technical Services Manager

A Top Tier Fit Out Contractor are seeking a Technical Services Manager to join their Major Projects Division. The business specialise in the fit out and refurbishment sector and have built up a reputation for delivering and managing technically challenging projects within London zones 1-6. The individual will be reporting straight to the Operations Director and have the potential to earn up to £80,000 plus also receiving extensive company benefits.

As a Technical Services Manager you will be responsible for coordinating the Mechanical & Electrical package as well as:

  • Governing Subcontractor meetings
  • Ensuring M&E installations are delivered to the clients specification
  • Developing external relationships
  • Making sure site activities are carried out in a safe and responsible way.

The ideal individual will:

  • Have gained a minimum of 10 years experience in the Building Services sector.
  • Either come from an academic or practical background.
  • Ideally have worked on Mechanical & Electrical packages in excess of £5 million.
