A marketing agency based in central London are looking for a confident, vibrant candidate to join their finance team. This role is integrated within the wider agency and so somebody who is interested in the client side of things and wants to support marketing decisions is ideal for this role.

The purpose of the role is to assist with the smooth running of the EMEA revenue recognition process. The EMEA Revenue Executive will participate in monthly revenue reconciliations and be expected to take ownership of areas of revenue recognition. The role will involve regular liaison with client leads in different offices across EMEA to agree billing details and the timing of invoicing. This role reports into the EMEA Revenue Manager.

Main responsibilities:
• Month end tasks
• Deliver client billing (including intercompany, client fees and client mechanicals) to a high standard, ensuring invoice details are accurate
• Produce accurate WIP journals and ensure all costs are billed accurately and in a timely manner
• To be able to understand and explain variances from actual invoices to billing schedule for both fees and mechanicals
• Revenue recognition and revenue forecasting
• Budget tracking
• To be pro-active in suggesting and implementing improvements to the monthly revenue process
