What you'll be doing in the role...
Primarily you will be contacting prospective customers by cold calling and canvassing using an established database to seek companies who are actively reviewing their recruitment/HR software. You will be introducing them to company products, arranging contacts and demonstrations for the sales team.

Other activities will include sourcing new companies, updating, developing and maintaining the database, recording company information, establishing longer-term contacts, generating mail-shots. An element of sales support is involved plus the necessity to apply some sales sensitivity. This is not a call centre environment. There may be a requirement to stay away on exhibition work from time to time.

What's in it for you…

What experience we're looking for…
*Sales experience
*Recruitment experience preferred not essential
*A good team-worker also able to use own initiative (this is encouraged) and a conscientious individual.
*Confident telephone manner.
*Tenacious and able to deal with a high volume of repetitive work (and some rejection) whilst remaining enthusiastic.
*Target driven and keen to achieve results.
*Able to articulate well, with an ability to liaise with people at all levels
*Good command of written and spoken English.
*Comfortable in a lively sales environment.
*Able to respond to training.
