An exciting opportunity has arisen with West Suffolk Councils. We are currently looking for an Estates Surveyor (Property) to come and join our team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 37 hours per week and will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £36,000 per annum depending on experience.

Property is at the core of many of the initiatives and as an Estates Surveyor you will play a vital role assisting with the management of the incredibly diverse and mainly commercial portfolio of over 400 operational and non-operational properties, that also includes shopping centres scheduled ancient monuments, and even a world class entertainment venue.
We are seeking a part-qualified or recently qualified MRICS Estates Surveyor to join our busy team.
More about the Estates Surveyor role:
As Estates Surveyor you will be producing and maintaining asset management plans, achieving lettings, undertaking landlord and tenant negotiations, disposals, acquisitions, valuations and assisting with projects to deliver the financial and operational objectives of the councils.
Skills and experience required of our Estates Surveyor
You will ideally have some experience and a track record of delivering best value from actively managing a property portfolio and property asset based projects. Some public sector experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
