Our client is looking for a permanent full time Client Services manager based within insurance based at our Head Office in Essex.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for; Visiting insurance companies to help clear any backlog;
Identify any training needs and facilitate training on our clients bespoke system Liaise with the Credit Controller and follow up on any outstanding debts; and to assist with concerns or issues including complaints.

Suitable candidates must have experience of working in or within:
- an insurance claims environment
- training staff
- have knowledge of IT systems and have good IT skills

The ideal client should also have a valid driving license; excellent written and verbal communication skills; good attention to detail, be approachable, self motivated, adaptable, organised, resilient and able to work independently.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Suitable candidates are likely to work from home but must attend regular meetings at Head Office and travel throughout the UK with some over night stays.
