The Sales Planner is a key Business Partner position, working with the Selling teams, Global Merchandising teams, Finance, Customer Service and Logistics to provide key analysis and detailed commentary to the wider teams.

The Role:

- Financial and Sales Planning delivery for the sales teams, drilling down into the numbers to provide commentary, recommendations, opportunities and critical observations
- Partner with the senior team on wholesale channel and customer plans to ensure a clear plan for growth is both set and achieveable
- Yearly submission of budget, sales, margin, pricing etc
- Work in partnership with the key account and regional sales teams to help to deliver the strategy, numbers and growth plans targeted
- Deliver accurate monthly reforecasts
- Own the weekly KPIs and monitor and communicate all opportunities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of planners with excellent communication and clear targets
- Grow and develop this team to reach potential within the business

You will be:

- Experienced in a senior planning role within a wholesale business
- Highly organised
- Experienced in managing and communicating KPI data cross-functionally
- A strong business mind with customer needs at the heart of your decisions
- An outstanding communicator
- Experienced in fashion or accessories
