An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telesales Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will take the leading role in implementing the Telesales team from the appointment of advisors to implementing systems and policies which the team will utilise. You will then be responsible for the day to day management of this new division, developing and training employees to meet their targets. You will be a highly effective individual with a results driven approach and strong influencing skills. You will be accountable for the planning and implementation of the sales strategy, ensuring sales targets are met whilst using techniques which are compliant with regulatory and legal obligations. Key Responsibilities:

Build the team from the very first appointment.

Implement and develop a strong sales team.

Training, development and performance management of Telesales Advisors.

Develop acquisition strategies to guarantee success and growth.

Manage resources, set objectives and delegate responsibilities.

Identify, priorities and implement solutions.

Handling customer complaints and enquiries.

Monitor and audit telesales activities to ensure competence, compliance and quality assurance.

Resource management - ensuring budget levels are achieved and maintained.

Coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team.

Skills and Experience Required:

Telesales experience

Experience managing a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time

Detail orientated

Ability to encourage and motivate a team as well as individuals
