The Role:
Do you look at things differently? Minova is reinventing itself as a business, and we are looking for an innovative individual to deliver world class service and provide creative solutions for our customer's toughest challenges. In this role you will develop a strong market entry into the civils construction, infrastructure, buildings and utilities sectors, and identify emerging opportunities. Use your strong relationship skills, aptitude for technical knowledge, and your drive to do your best to build trust in our products and create customer loyalty.

Who You Are:
Civil Engineering or Geo-Technical Engineering Degree
Minimum 5 years' experience in the Civil Engineering/Construction/Tunnelling or Rail Industry
Confident and charismatic with the ability to develop relations with designers, engineering companies, government bodies and end users
Logical, with a good attention to detail and accuracy and a head for numbers
Passionate about product/solution development and improving quality
Commercially driven with a strategic mind-set and results focused

£45 - £55k base salary
Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary
