aspire cambridge ltd are currently recruiting for a Production Team Manager to join a company based in Haverhill, Suffolk. They require a Production Team Manager to join the team on a permanent basis, who will be responsible for managing and leading a new line.

Main duties:

  • Plan and implement lean thinking
  • Responsible for the whole line
  • Managing a team of ¾
  • Lead and promote Health and Safety awareness
  • Manage KPI’s
  • Budgetary responsibility
  • Drive efficiencies

Skills and experience:

  • IOSH
  • HACCP
  • GMP knowledge is not essential but desirable
  • Budgeting experience
  • Strong health and Safety knowledge
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Passion to succeed
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Start: ASAP
Hours: 8am – 4pm Monday – Friday
Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £30,000 PER ANNUM
