Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk - Llantrisant - Up to £16,500 Pro Rata
Your new company
A very well-known organisation based in South Wales is looking to recruit a permanent part-time Purchase Ledger assistant to join their busy team, on a 15 hour a week basis.
Your new role
Your new role will encompass the end-to-end purchase ledger process - matching, coding and posting the invoices whilst resolving any queries with the line manager or supplier. You will also complete supplier statements on a month basis and assist preparing month end accruals. Along side this, you will be required to carry out ad-hoc duties and assist with weekly BACS payments.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will ave prior experience within a purchase ledger role and will be able to work individually or as part of a team as and when required. You will have good communication skills and be proactive in your approach to work.
