Senior Fraud Operations Manager
We are currently working with a pioneering organisation within the Retail industry. The client is seeking an inspirational leader to join their senior management team. Our client is looking for a natural leader who has the ability to manage a large fraud operation whilst installing Service Excellence.
Candidates must come from an established contact centre operation and will have the skills to manage a multi lingual team and have the ability to plan and implement centre strategy and structured processes. Fraud and financial crime experience would be beneficial
- Team management. A proven track record of managing a sizeable team (circa 100 FTE)
- Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to recommend alternative business processes
- An independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to self-motivate.
