An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently recruiting for three Customer Account Executives (e-Commerce) to be based at their UK HQ in leatherhead, Surrey. . These are temporary roles to start ASAP and are expected to run for 6 months. The salary for this position is paying up to £39,000 per annum, depending on experience. Positions are full time, Monday to Friday.

The eCommerce channel continues to grow ahead of the UK grocery market, whilst increasing its sales contribution to the MCO (Multi Country Organisation). The UK eCommerce business is also Unilever's largest market globally leading the way in capability and Grocery.com growth. Amazon has huge ambition to increase its presence within the UK Grocery market with Unilever seen as a key strategic partner for Growth.
The role will be a Customer Account Executive supporting the Customer Account Manager with portfolio responsibility for all Unilever categories.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting our Digital 2.0 Journey
*Processing Our content onto our retailer websites
*Support/Project management of our digital programme with the functional team.
*Working with/training our brand teams on how to execute digital content (training will be provided)
*Supporting the Account Manager in the delivery of Underlying Sales Growth (USG, Turnover) and Business Building (BBT) targets for all categories across the Amazon platform - Core, Pantry and new Amazon business.
*Supporting the development and execution of Joint Business Plans on Unilever categories across the Amazon platforms.
*Development of strong working relationships with key personnel within Brand Building, Category, Business Operations and Supply Chain.
*Achievement of 3+1 targets.
*Deliver of project on time and in full.
*Development of on-going Business Relationships.
*Flawless execution of internal processes
*Systems - MS office, Perfect Store Online, ensure operational grip.
*Project Management experience
*Ideally e-commerce experience and/or Unilever experience
*Can do attitude to get struck in and support the team.
*Team Player will to contribute to the overall success of the e-commerce team.
