6 Months Contract Payroll Administrator Clerk - Newcastle - Salary £17,000 - £18,000 pro rata
Your new company
A central Newcastle company are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator Clerk to join their busy department to support the Payroll team. You will be working within a team of 8 and will report into the Payroll Team Leader.
Your new role
You will be be coordinating the Payroll mailboxes and Payroll processing including one off payments and new starters. The role will involve Payroll reporting and data cleansing along with Payroll admin processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have strong Excel skills, excellent communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. You will need to have a willingness to learn and thrive working in a busy environment.
What you'll get in return
The job is a 6 months contract. The hours you will be working are 9.00-5.30pm Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday + stats and an excellent benefit package. Full training will be given for this role but previous payroll experience is desirable.
