This well-established restaurant group is seeking the talents of an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of its newest restaurant. Only the finest, carefully sourced ingredients are used to create modern British/European cuisine to the highest standards. You must have experience within high volume establishments.
As Junior Sous chef, you will be in charge of your own section, responsible for the development and supervision of the junior chefs as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the sous chef and head Chef. You will be contracted to 48 hours per week with overtime paid at an hourly rate. There would also be opportunities for progression in the company due to future for further expansion. An excellent basic salary of £26,500 per annum plus service charge is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
