Are you that rare person who has come from a software development background and have progressed from Developer to Head of Development and latterly moved into a client facing role where your skills are so good that you are billable whilst helping to grow the account? Our client is looking for an experienced individual who can sit in front of CIO's on a daily basis and be credible in a number of different areas and be so close they have their own client pass! The role is part of the senior management team and you will be working closely with the Head of Delivery to build out the client team and be part of the significant growth they are looking for. You don't have to have a degree but you do need the intellectual horsepower to cope with this heavy weight position because you will be challenged daily both internally and externally.

PACKAGE: up to £140k basic, 20% OTE + pension and benefits.

Proven track record owning large customer accounts from a delivery and commercial perspective
Experience as a technical and billable consultant
Strong understanding of SDLC with a specific focus on agile methodologies
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Coming from a development background into a commercial/ management type position is a plus


Own 1 - 4 customer accounts, where you will be responsible for overall growth and performance
Champion delivery process and provide assurance and consultancy throughout
Manage multiple stakeholders whilst building last relationships - looking for growth opportunities
Work with teams internally across development, project management and sales
