An award winning skin care brand that has already established itself with big-name distributors such as Harrods and Waitrose is on the lookout for a bright, confident professional to take over their sales department and push their product distribution even further.

After Joining the company as their Senior Sales Executive, you will showcase your skill-set by:
>Managing sales with distributors in person, over the phone and via email with both new and existing clients
>Forming plans and strategies to close on new leads and territories
>Setting and negotiating margins and promotions
>Providing clear, accurate and timely feedback to management while managing key accounts
>Streamlining and improving the day to day running of sales

To be successful in this coveted role, you will:
>Have a strong background in High level sales and retail
>Be extremely persuasive, both over the phone and through email
>Have the confidence to pitch to and interact with high level decision makers
>Be driven and hungry to make more money for the company which equates to more money for yourself
>At least two years of experience displaying proven ability to close sales
>The ability to work autonomously while keeping the rest of the team in the loop

Work hours are 9:30am-6:00pm with a starting base pay of 32k - 38k p.a. plus OTE earnings of at least 25k bringing your salary up to a minimum of 60k for the first year. Commission is uncapped with a rate of 10% of turnover with additional benefits such as share options, professional training courses, and the opportunity to progress to regional manager after completing probation. You will be based out of the company's office in Notting Hill.
