You will be working for a large public services organisation that are undergoing a transformation of their IT services, utilising the latest technology to help shape their future success. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, taking an active involvement in the direction of the organisation.
They are looking for a Service Desk Operations Manager to join their team who will own and drive the vision and on-going success of the infrastructure platforms, services and products and delivering end user focused digital services.
On a daily basis you will insure all infrastructure services, products and platforms you are accountable for are cost effectively operated and deliver value to the organisation, lead and manage multiple teams and maintain consistency within operations.
In order to be considered for the role you will need a proven track record in managing multiple teams, experience of managed services and products, incident management, change and release management, problem management, performance and capacity management, driving continuous improvement and have a broad exposure to technologies.
