This brand new stunning seafood restaurant is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join its brigade. You will be creating some of the best seafood dishes using fresh sustainable fish and crustaceans that has been carefully selected and sourced. You must have experience within high standard, high volume seafood restaurants, preferably of at least a 1/2 AA Rosette standard.
As Junior Sous chef, you will oversee your own section, be responsible for the development and supervision of the junior chefs as well as managing the kitchen in the absence of the sous chef and head Chef. You will be contracted to 7 shifts per week with all overtime paid. There would also be opportunities for progression in the company in the future due to further expansion. An excellent basic salary of £27,000 per annum plus service charge is available for the right Junior Sous Chef.
