Roles and Responsibilities

•Produce monthly financial statements and reports for management
•Prepare and reconcile schedules to all balance sheet items
•Audits accounts and book-keeping records for the UK office.
•Intercompany treasury arrangement for all entities within the company
•Ensure intercompany transactions are properly reconciled
•Reconcile customer ledger accounts to CCMS
•Prepare monthly and quarterly betting duty report
•Prepare Bank reconciliation
•Produce VAT returns on a quarterly basis
•Carry out quarterly and yearly budget analysis
•Prepare all bank transfer instructions
•Liaise with Banks
•Liaise with Hong Kong finance team
•Liaise with external suppliers
•Liaise with management and other professionals to compile budgets
•Process general payments and update corresponding records
•Arrange payments to customers through multiple payment solution platforms
•Dealing with foreign exchange brokers
•Reconciling petty cash and credit card expenditures
•Ad hoc financial tasks

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•Possesses a degree in Accounting or relevant qualification
•Possesses professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent at foundation or professional level

It is essential that the post holder:-

•Is bilingual in Cantonese and Mandarin
•Has good command of spoken and written English
•Has excellent excel skills, ability to use macros a significant advantage
•Is a good team player with good interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills
•Able to work independently and on own initiative.
•Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritise tasks assigned
•Is detail oriented and independent
•Proactive and innovative
•Has previous experience in Gambling/Gaming industry
•Has previous accounting experience
