HEAD CHEF- 2 AA ROSETTE - NORWICH - £50,000- BRITISH CUISINE
This 2 AA rosette British Brasserie which is located just outside of Norwich is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee the smooth operation of its kitchen. Only the finest, carefully sourced ingredients are used to create fresh seasonal British cuisine to the highest standards. You must have experience in high volume establishment.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for restructuring the kitchen, planning new menus and developing and motivating the kitchen team. You will also be responsible for all stock control, financial discipline within the kitchen, waste control and ensuring that all hygiene requirements are met to the highest standards. A competitive salary package of up to £50,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef and you will be given the chance to be part of the profit share.
