Purchase Ledger Clerk - Part time - Immediate start!

Do you have Purchase Ledger experience with attention to deal and accuracy?

A company based in Bournemouth is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small Finance team on a part time basis for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

As Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for providing support to the Management Accountant in the day-to-day running of the purchase ledger. Responsible for the timely inputting and processing of invoices, employee credit cards, expenses and petty cash, maintaining the purchase order daybook and the purchase quote daybook and assist in month end procedures.
The ideal candidate will be well presented and personable with excellent communication and IT skills including Excel and capable of working on their own initiative and to tight deadlines.

Hours: Mon - Wed 8.30am - 5pm (flexible).

Salary: £18,000 - £21,000.
