Head of Sales - Leading Leisure Business

North West London

Up to £50k + bonus

THE COMPANY

We are recruiting for a leading leisure brand who is one of the biggest suppliers of swimming lessons and training in the UK. Endorsed by leading 'swimming academics’ this brand partners with health clubs, hotels, schools and leisure centres to offer a pioneering approach and tailored programs to suit various ages and abilities.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager to proactively lead & drive sales processes, develop a sales and KPI focussed culture, be accountable for delivering budgeted sales targets alongside up-skilling key team member populations. You will be overseeing a team of three sales consultants.

You will be a key member of the management team; your responsibilities will include:

  • To proactively drive sales in regard to generating new customer leads.
  • To evaluate, enhance and lead our customer referral programme.
  • Work closely with the IT Director to highlight key data and reports.
  • Support Regional and Local Swimming Managers with sales and commercial learning programmes.
  • Create a sales and core KPI culture throughout the business.
  • Create regular and effective communication channels throughout the business, especially with pivotal internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the Business Development Director to build up and develop strategic partners and our portfolio of venues via outreach (e.g., trade shows, conferences etc.)
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to develop pertinent local PR & marketing initiatives.
  • Work with the Head of Operations & Regional Managers to provide create local sales tool-kits.

You must have experience within the leisure industry and experience within swimming is not essential but very much preferred.
