Due to an extensive 5 year pipeline of guaranteed work within a Top Tier Building Services contractor a talented Mechanical Project Manager is required urgently.
The bulk of their projects tend to be within Fast Track Commercial Fit Out so the ideal candidate should have experience within this field.
Their "philosophy" is to promote from within so naturally, would suit someone looking to grow long internally for the foreseeable future. This role has come available due to an internal promotion.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing a full site team including a Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager, Engineer & Supervisor as well as various subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Notable experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial Fit Out Sector.
* Full end to end project lifecycle experience.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
