Business Development Manager - E-Learning/IT Software

Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious, determined and influential candidate to support a company that delivers digital learning solutions to some of the best companies in the world.
You will be solely responsible for the end to end sales process for digital e-learning solutions. Working alongside a team of telesales executives, you will actively source and qualify new business leads. Alongside this, you will be preparing presentations, proposals, tenders and demonstrations to get new clients on board and promote the brand.

Example Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's products, services and related market-place
- Work alongside a telesales team to generate new business leads and secure meetings
- 'Wow' potential new customers at business proposals, tender presentations and service demonstrations
- Attend a variety of networking events to promote the brand values and source new clients
- Report to senior managers on your sales plan, forecasts and successes
- Work alongside the marketing department to determine the best strategy to get new clients on board

Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience of B2B sales, ideally in an E-Learning or IT service sales environment
- Knowledge of digital learning solutions
- A highly self-motivated competitive personality with ambition to succeed
- Capacity to influence and negotiate clients through the sales process
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience presenting and meeting with FTSE 350 companies

In return you will receive a highly competitive basic salary + commission, with OTE of up to £59,000, a company car and a comprehensive benefits package.
