The Role:
*Responsible for growth & development of the brands within a Regional Sales territory.
*Promote and sell their portfolio through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.
*Meet or exceed sales objectives and sales and revenue targets within the assigned area.
*Retain and nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat sales, volume growth, increased rate of sale and customer satisfaction.
*Open quality and sustainable new customers, promoting distribution through approved route to market partners.
*Adopt a high-profile status within territory to facilitate positive network with customers and distributors resulting in being the 'face' of the brand in the local marketplace.

The Ideal Candidate:
*Someone with a strong personality and the drive to succeed
*The ability to effectively communicate via telephone, face to face meeting and presentation
*Excellent negotiation skills
*Proven track record of selling effectively maximising a full portfolio of products
*Strong sense of accountability, motivated by achievement and results
*An eagerness to seek new business opportunities
*Experience within premium food or drink company
*Exhibit strong problem-solving characteristics and creative thinking.
*Good commercial acumen exhibiting strong ability to analyse numeric & analytical data.
*Excellent interpersonal skills that enables strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
