Technical Sales Account Manager
Mercury Talent are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive/Account Manager within an expanding and forward thinking company who specialise in a leading edge technical product. The successful candidate will have inherent strengths in positive thinking, self-motivation, time management and resilience. You will be a natural rapport builder and enjoy establishing relationships with individuals across all levels of an organisation to Director level. You will enjoy working in partnership with an external field sales executive and collaborate to maximise potential. You will have some previous experience in telesales or account management (B2B or B2C). Working knowledge of updating a CRM system is beneficial but a good level of IT Literacy is essential. An interest in leading edge technology/electrical engineering would support your application.
Following up warm leads and building relationships with lapsed and current client base
- Increase your product knowledge keeping ahead of technoligical advancements in your specialist area
Liaise with External Account Manager to support clients and pass information on any sales opportunities
Gain competitor information on pricing, performance, and market share information with sales team as appropriate
Work in partnership with your external field sales executive to plan time and resources effectively.
